Neonatal Vascular Access Workshop (25^th June, 2022): Skill labs are of paramount importance in providing procedural skills (especially the invasive procedures) to healthcare staff in a safe environment. Keeping this in mind, a Neonatal Vascular Access Workshop was organized in June, 2022 to train Postgraduate Students and Nurses in procedural skills of intravenous cannulation, umbilical venous and arterial catheterization, central venous access, PICC line insertion, arterial cannulation and line insertion. (Figure 7)

Hands-on skill based Basic Neonatal Resuscitation Program Training (4^th December, 2022): In various training programs by the department of Pediatrics, nursing officers are also trained and updated along with the medical staff to develop team skills. A hands-on skill based Basic Neonatal Resuscitation Program Training (NRP-FGM Project) was organized by the department of Pediatrics during December, 2022 with support of Indian Academy of Pediatrics and National Neonatology Forum, India.  Total 30 doctors and nursing officers completed this training successfully and awarded the Basic NRP Provider certificate. (Figure 8)

The department of Pediatrics was bestowed upon responsibility to coordinate and conduct Divisional Round of National Neonatology Forums’ Nurses Quiz for whole Haryana Region on 23^rd September 2022, with participation of neonatal care nurses from ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad; Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak; Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal; Shaheed Hassan Khan Mewati Govt Medical College, Nalhar, Mewat; Al Falah School of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Faridabad; and Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, Faridabad, Haryana (Figure 9)

Autism Awareness Month was observed during April 2022, in which various awareness, educational activities were organized for IPs, staff and medical students with joint efforts of the Departments of Occupational therapy, Pediatrics and Orthopedics. (Figure 10)
